If you are having an issue with your Platform functioning, sometimes some fine tuning is all that is needed, and our tech department is here to help! Our gunsmith will get in touch with you to get additional information and help you resolve the issue.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will replace it at no charge. In all other circumstances order cancellations incur a 15% restocking fee.
Please note: To be eligible for a refund, products must be unaltered. We recommend talking to our gunsmith before trying to perform any work on the part.
